From your issue description, I understand that you have lost some of your applications after performing Windows refresh
and you want to know how to get them back.
I would like to inform you that system refresh keeps the apps that come with the computer and the apps installed from
Windows store, but it removes the apps installed from other websites and DVDs. But Windows puts a list of the removed apps on your desktop after refreshing your computer, so that you can reinstall them.
